of Belle Vernon; died Wednesday;April 15;1970;at 3:45 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen
Hospital.
Preceding him in death was his wife; Alma G. West; on March 9; 1970. He was formerly
pastor of the Free Methodist
Church of Belle Vernon.
Survivors include: two daughters;

Mrs. Wilfred (Dorothy) Williams
of Star Junction; six sons;
Samuel Paul and Oliver B.;
both of Perryopolis; The Rev.

Vernon; six brothers; Jacob of
Tampa; Fla.; William; David
and Lafe; all of Rockport;
W. Va.; Charles of Little Hocking;
Ohio and Earl of Parkersburg;
W. Va.; 25 grandchildren;
14 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral home;Belle Vernon from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Nazarene;Fitz Henry Rd.;Smithton on Saturday at 2 p.m.with the Rev.Thomas Akester;pastor; and the Rev.Murray Maley of Shinnston;W.Va.officiating. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
