Samuel Debelak,75,of Belle Vernon R.D.3,died Saturday,May 22,1965,at 6:35 a.m. after a lingering illness. Mr. Debelak had lived in Belle Vernon 50 years. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon,the Croatian Hall and the SNPJ Lodge No. 505,both of Monessen. Surviving is his cousin,Mrs. Nicholas (Antonette) Chalbalka of Belle Vernon R.D.3,with whom he made his home. Friends are being received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.. Blessing service there Tuesday,May 25 at 9:30 a.m. followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
