Rynaldo R.Tressler;93;of 9 Penn Drive;Monessen;died Thursday;March 11;1976 at 8 p.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in Fort Hill on Jan.19;1882. Mr.Tressler was one of the oldest retirees from the Page Steel and Wire Plant of Monessen. He was a member of First Baptist Church;Monessen. Preceding him in death were his wife;Myrtle;who died in 1961;and three daughters;Mildred Tressler;who died in 1924;Sylvia McEntire;who died in 1967 and Mae Phillippi;who died in 1972. Surviving are three sons;Herman;Elliott and Melvin;all of Monessen;one daughter;Mrs.Oliver J.(Helen) Kreger of Monessen;with whom he made his home;19 grandchildren;38 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Home;Monessen;from 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday;from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday. Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev.Larry Ross of First Baptist Church;Monessen;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
