Mrs. Ruth Hough Owens; 64; of R. D. 1. Fayette City; died suddenly on Wednesday March 28;1962 at 3:30 p.m.; at her late home. She was born in Fayette City; July 11;1897;and was a member of the Fayette City Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband; William C Owens; four daughters; Mrs. Lee (Betty) Barnes of Fayette City; Mrs. Millard (Virginia) Book of R. D. 1; Fayette City; Mrs. Emil (Edith) Panzo and Mrs. Ellsworth (Mary Ellen) Wilkinson; both of Belle Vernon; four sons; William James; Robert Ewing; and Richard Aland Owens; all at home; and Herbert Negley Owens of Fayette City. Also surviving are four sisters; Mrs. George (Florence) Massey of Connellsville Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Croushore and Mrs. James (Beatrix) Welsh; both of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Emery (Helen) Lear of Tujunga; Calif.; three brothers; Herbert Hough of Cleveland;Ohio; Negley Hough of Avon Lake; Ohio and David Hough; of Fayette City; thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
