Ruth Clausi;88;of Meadville;died at the home of her daughter on Monday;June 11;2012. She was born in Webster;Pa on November 12;1923;a daughter of the late Michael and Mary Ferencz Uram. Ruth was a graduate of Rostraver High School and a graduate of Duff’s Business College. She retired from Fox Grocery/Weterau in 1988. Ruth was a member of St. Brigid’s Church. She was active in the Meadville Womens Club;MMC Auxiliary. She enjoyed card parties;line dancing and volunteered at the Active Aging. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Harida (husband;Dave);grandson;Jason Clausi (wife;April) and great-granddaughter;Samantha Clausi. She was preceded in death by her parents;Michael and Mary Ferencz Uram;her husband;Louis Clausi;her son;Thomas Clausi and her brother;Thomas Uram. Friends are being received at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home;Meadville on Thursday June 14;2012 from 2 to 6 p.m. Additional viewing from 11 am to noon on Saturday June 16;2012 at the chapel of Belle Vernon Cemetery. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
