Ruth C. Spencer; 83; of Charleroi; died on Wednesday; Feb. 12; 2014. Born on Dec. 17; 1930; she was the daughter of the late Richard and Rose Wartz Conway. She was a member of Mary; Mother of the Church. In addition to her parents; she was predeceased by her husband; Jack.
