Russell Ellsworth Wilkinson Jr.; 84; of North Charleroi; died Tuesday; Dec. 23; 2003; in Mon Valley Hospital. He was a son of the late Russell E. Sr. and Martha Alma Keefer Wilkinson; and husband of the late Mary Ellen Owens Wilkinson; father of Janet Ruth Lucovitz of North Charleroi; brother of Lawrence; William; Willis and Edgar Keefer and Leah Radek.
