Rudolph Berndt,age 63 years,of 311 Fallowfield avenue,Charleroi,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital,Thursday,March 25,1918,at 4:05 p.m. He is survived by one daughter,Mrs.William H.Sangston at home,his mother,Mrs.Julianne Berndt in Germany,three sisters,in Germany,and one grandchild. His wife,Mrs.Esther Berndt,died January 13,1948. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home. Services will be held there Sunday,March 28,1948,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev.George Kress. Intermet will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.and Edwin Melenyzer are the funeral directors.
