Rudolph Anderson Jr.,75,of 716 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,died Sunday, Sept. 17,1989,at 7:59 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.,Carroll Township. Born Aug. 17,1914,in Fairhope,he was the son of the late Rudolph and Evelyn Deneed Anderson Sr. Mr. Anderson was a member of Marion Presbyterian Church. He was also a member of Henry M. Phillips Lodge 337 F&AM,Monongahela and the Consistory Valley and Syria Temple,both of Pittsburgh. He had lived In Charleroi since 1971,and was formerly of Faihope. He retired in 1981 from the Gateway Mines and was a member of the United Mine Workers of America. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Hindmarsh Anderson,on Jan. 25,1989,and a granddaughter, Heather Lynn,on July 19,1985. Surviving are one son, Rudolph S. Anderson of Roscoe;one granddaughter, Lisa Marie Anderson of Roscoe;and two sisters, Catherine Kobosky and Lena Hall,both of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon,where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.,with Rev. John C. Park of Marion Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Masonic services by F&AM Lodge 337,Monongahela,will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7:30 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home.
