Mr.Flora was born May 11;1900;in Belle Vernon;a son of the late Jack and Tomasina Flora. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son;Jack Flora;three sisters;Mary Mascara;Ann Polizzano and Angelina Brazak;and by two brothers;John and Pete Flora. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon;Mr.Flora was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society. Survivors include his wife;Carrie Basile Flora;two daughters;Mrs.Dana (Thelma) Raboci and Mrs. George (Sara Jane) Malaga;both of Belle Vernon;two brothers;Frank Flora of Belle Vernon and Joseph Flora of Pittsburgh;one sister;Mrs.Josephine Neil of Charleroi;six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where prayer services will be held Saturday;Sept.1;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
