Rose Wiegel,85, formerly of the Belle Vernon Apartments,died at Westmoreland Maror Monday, Dec. 25,1989 at 7:20 a.m. She was born in Italy Oct. 27,1904, a daughter of the late Fidele and Teresa Domianio Ambrose. Mrs. Weigel had lived in Belle Vernon since 1954 and was formerly from Elizabeth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Wiegel on June 6,1958; a sister, Jospehine Mendicino and two brothers, Fred and Vincenzo Ambrose. She is survived by two brothers, Charles and Joseph Ambrose of Belle Vernon; a sister, Catherine Vaccaro of Monessen and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc., 700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Prayer services from the funeral home will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
