Mrs.Rose Tesi;74;of 426 Market St.;Belle Vernon;died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital;Friday;June 2;at 3:45 p.m. She was born in Pistoia;Italy;March 3;1893. She was a member of St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Anita Garibaldi Lodge and Defense Club of Belle Vernon;Giuseppina Verdi Lodge and the Golden Age Club of Charleroi. She had been a resident of Belle Vernon for 55 years;and on Feb.3;1967;she and Mr.Tesi celebrated their golden wedding anniversery. Survivors are her husband;John Tesi;three daughters;Mrs.Wlliam (Lillian) Vagli and Mrs.Frank (Elia) Mager of Monessen;and Mrs.Cans (Blanche) Perez of Belle Vernon;three brothers;Frank Melani of Arnold;Dante in Pistoia;Italy;and Julio in Nice;France. Six grandchildren also survive. Friends will be recived at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;beginning at noon on Sunday. Services there Tuesday;June 6;at 9:30 a.m.;will be followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;at 10 a.m. The Rev.Martin J.O’Toole will officiate and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson of Belle Vernon is the funeral director.
