Rose Telleck Kossar;73;of Zelienople;formerly of Rostraver Township;died Friday;March 8;1991;at 8:01 p.m.in Allegheny General Hospital;Pittsburgh. Mrs.Kossar was born Jan.10;1918;in North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Youshok Telleck. She had resided in the Mars area the past eight years;having previously resided in Rostraver Township. Mrs.Kossar was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Belle Vernon;and St.Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Church;Allison Park. She was also a member of the Cranberry Township Senior Citizens. Her husband;Joseph Kossar;died April 16;1983. Mrs.Kossar was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters;including Bill Telleck;Louis Telleck and Mary Madzy. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law;Gerald Joseph and Donna K.Foster Kossar;of Mars;two brothers;Jack Telleck of North Charleroi and Anthony Telleck of Barlow;Fla.;and three sisters;Mrs.John (Chris) Uhall of North Charleroi;Mrs.Eva Staranko of Bentleyville;and Mrs.Andrew (Ann) Surovchak of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Relatives and friends will gather at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Mary Street;Belle Vernon;Monday at 10 a.m.for services;with the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor;officiating. A Parastas Service will be held Sunday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
