Rose Freno Minardi,79,of Twilight Borough,died Wednesday,April 13,1994,in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township. Mrs. Minardi was born Jan. 3,1915, in Houston,Pa.,a daughter of the late John and Constance Freno. Before moving to Twilight from Houston,Pa.,she had been a founder of the Central Assembly of God Church in Houston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Amerigo Minardi,and by two brothers, Anthony and Louis Freno. Mrs. Minardi was a member of the Central Assembly of God Church in Houston,Pa. Surviving are a stepson and wife, Paul and Roberta Minardi of Twilight Borough; two grandchildren,Theresa and Louis Minardi of Twilight Borough; four sisters, Jeannette Froment and Angeline Kohring, both of Houston,Pa.,Mary Salituro of Springfield,Mo.,and Lucy Dudt of Pittsburgh; and three brothers, Frank Freno of Meadowlands,Pa.,Dominick Freno of Anaheim,Calif.,and Samuel Freno of Mission Viego, Calif. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen. Services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday at 9 a.m. with the Rev. Ralph Volpe officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family suggets contributions in the memory of Mrs.Minardi may be made to the Central Assembly of God Church of Houston,Pa. The Rhome Funeral Home Inc. is handling arrangements.
