Rose M.Walters;76;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;March 10;1999 in Monongahela Valley Hospital. Mrs.Walters was born Aug.17;1922 in Buffington;the daughter of the late Frank and Marie Kanoposky. She was a member of St.Sebastian’s Roman Catholic Church and a resident of Charleroi Personal Care Home for the past two years. She is survived by three sons;William L.Walters of Chula Vista;Calif.;David A.Walters of McKeesport and Jeffrey D.Walters of Monessen;three daughters;Mrs.Edward (Denise) Stasko;Roxanne Pocky and Pam Walters of Belle Vernon;six grandchildren;and two great-grandchildren. Besides her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;William H.Walters in 1966;two brothers;Joseph and Frank Kanoposky;and a sister;Ann Balerio. Friends were received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Prayer service will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by Funeral Mass at 9 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Cathoic Church;Belle Vernon.
