Rose J. Gaul,92,formerly of California,Pa. and Belle Vernon,died Saturday,Sept. 2,1995, in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. Born July 12,1903,in Presto, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Nicholaus and Rosa Limbach Thieser. A resident of California since 1985,Mrs. Gaul had formerly resided in Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Gaul in 1973; a son, Jack A. Gaul in 1990; five brothers, George,Pete,Joseph,Barney and William Thieser and three sisters, Clara Vazzani, Elizabeth Bell and Nora Lowery. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, William A. and Noreen Gaul of Newell; six grandchildren, Linda Porter, William Gaul, Terri Lee Cassin,Joy Potersnak,Jaime Antal and Gloria Jean Bright and 10 great-grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday morning,Sept. 5,1995 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. 700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,followed by interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
