Rose Fazio Cicco; 87; of Belle Vernon; died Thursday; Oct. 11; 2007. Born May 24; 1920; in Fayette City; she was a daughter of the late Gregorio and Margaret McCafferty Fazio. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; Mrs. Cicco was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon; and a homemaker. She was a member of the Annita Garibaldi Lodge of Belle Vernon and the former Catholic Daughters of the Americas; Belle Vernon Court 1522. She is survived by her son; John P. Cicco Jr.; of Belle Vernon; two grandchildren; Christine Marie Cicco and Ian Thomas Cicco; both of Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband; John P. Cicco Sr.; on March 20; 1996; two sisters; Margaret Muro and Henrietta Petrosky; and one brother; Buddy Fazio. There will be no public visitation. Relatives and friends will gather at the Belle Vernon Cemetery Chapel for funeral services on Monday; Oct. 15; at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Lawrence L. Manchas V.F.; pastor of St. Sebastian R.C.
