Rose Ambrose Chambers; 85; of Seffner; Fla.; formerly of Belle Vernon; died Sunday; June 16; 2002; in Brandon Health and Rehabilitation Center; Brandon; Fla. A daughter of the late Gasper and Mary Mancuso Karelli; she was born in Fayette City on Jan. 9; 1917. Mrs. Chambers had resided in Florida since 1994 and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Roscoe and Tampa; Fla. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; Betty Ann and Duane Lowe of Seffner; Fla.; one brother; Guy Karelli of Belle Vernon; one daughter- in-law; Marla Ambrose of Charleroi; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her first husband; Charles Ambrose; in 1974; her second husband; Direll H. Chambers; in 1994; one son; Charles Ambrose; in 2001; and one sister; Theresa Sabbarese; in 1977. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC.; a Golden Rule Member Firm; 700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; where funeral services will be held Friday; June 21; at 10 a.m. with Isaac Joseph Smith; minister of the Church of Jesus Christ; officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
