Rosario (Ross) Sellaro of 415 Main street;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;February 16;1955;at 2:30 a.m.following an illness of nine months. Mr.Sellaro was born in Italy on April 18;1878;and had been a resident of Belle Vernon for forty-three years. He was a retired employee of the American Window Glass Company. He was a member of St.Sebastian Church;the Sons of Italy Lodge 663;and the S.M.S. Italia Unita Lodge;Charleroi. He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Saleta Sellaro;five sons;James of Fairpoint;Ohio;Joseph of Monessen;John;Frank and Louis of Belle Vernon;three daughters;Mrs.John Klisowski;Mrs.Clifford Toth;Miss Edith Sellaro;all of Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mary in Italy and Mrs.Rose Mazzi of Clarksburg;West Virginia;and ten grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home;where services will be held Saturday;February 19;1955;at 9 a.m.;followed by Requiem High Mass at St.Sebastian Church at 9:30 o’clock;in charge of Rev.Francis Martin. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Phillip DeRienzo is the funeral director.
