Obituary

Robert W. Wilson, 51, of 113 Water St., Belle Vernon. died Thursday,March 31,1960, at 10:50 p.m. in t h e Charleroi - Monessen Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Lonaconing, Md., he had been a resident of the Monongahela Valley most of his life. He had been employed as a welder at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. since 1928. Surviving are his wife, Mrs.Marie Williams Wilson, three daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Joyce) Lang of Longbranch,Gladys and Barbara of Highland Ter., Donora, his mother, Mrs. Myrtle Learnard of Speers, two sisters, Mrs. Chris (Agnes) 0'Rourke of Charleroi and Mrs. Leonard (Dolores) Guy of Speers. Friends are being received at the H. Denver Rhome Funeral Home, McKee Ave., Monessen, from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday,April 4,1960,at 1:30 p.m.from the funeral home,with the Rev.Raymond L.Tharp,pastor of Riveraide Tabernacle,Sunnyside,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. H.Denver Rhome,funeral director.
