Robert W. Frost,82,of 5 Ruth Place,Belle Vernon,died Monday,April 24,1995,at 7:25 p.m. Born Nov. 13,1912,in Belle Vernon,he was a son of the late James R. and Hattie Turner Frost. Mr. Frost had been employed as a power dispatcher with the U.S.Bureau of Reclamation,retiring June 30,1972,after 26 years of service. After leaving the Belle Vernon area in 1943,he lived in the states of Washington,Texas,Wyoming,North Dakota and then in Hershey,Pa.,befor returning to Belle Vernon in 1986. Survivors include his wife,Doris Bauer Frost,with whom he celebrated 60 years of marriage on July 12,1994;and one sister,Ruth Virginia Frost of Asbury Heights (Pittsburgh). Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Thomas St.Clair,pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
