Robert W.Price;86;of 610 South Third St.;Youngwood;formerly of Allenport;died Saturday;Jan.4;1975;at 9:40 p.m. in Westmoreland Hospital;Greensburg. He was born in Belle Vernon on Nov.1;1888;and belonged to the Allenport Methodist Church. He retired 21 years ago from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp;where he was a foreman in the pilger finish department. Surviving are his widow;Georgia Wiberg Price;two sons;Edmund and Jack O.;both of Waco;Texas;one daughter;Vivian T.Stafford;at home;four grandchildren;and two great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral home;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.Chares K.Sowden;pastor of First United Methodist Church;Fredericktown;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is funeral director in charge.
