Robert J.Willey;83;of Allenport;died Tuesday;Dec.13;1994;at 2:30 p.m. in Washington Hospital. Born Dec.22;1910;in Allenport;he was the son of the late John and Georgetta Nicholas Willey. A lifelong resident of Allenport;Mr.Willey was Protestant by faith. He was the retired owner/operator of Charm Beauty School in Charleroi. Mr. Willey was a member and past president of the Charleroi Lions Club. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II;having served with the Corps of Engineers. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Alice Willey;on March 31;1987;two brothers;David (Jake) Willey and Kenneth Willey;and a sister;Thelma Gold. Surviving are a brother;Louis J.Willey of Upper St.Clair;and a sister;Mabel Willey Bost of Allenport. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Charles K.Sowden;retired Methodist minister;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
