Robert F. Bert O’Toole;69;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Monday;May 29;1995;at 1:45 a.m.in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh. Born Nov.22;1925;in Monessen;he was a son of the late Thomas and Catherine Crowe O’Toole. Mr.O’Toole had resided in the Belle Vernon and Monessen area for many years. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Mr.O’Toole was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.LLoyd (Kathleen) Driesen of Charleroi;three brothers;Thomas O’Toole of Allenport;Donald O’Toole of Belle Vernon and Joseph O’Toole of Monessen;four sisters;Mrs.Melvin (Alice) Tressler of Monessen;Mrs.August (Josephine) Rigotti of Pittsburgh;Mrs.Gust (Patricia) Ostetrico of Monongahela and Mrs.Joe (Gerturude) Zoretich of Bentleyville;one granddaughter;Renee Bates;two great-grandchildren;Courtney and Codey;and a special friend;Janet;with whom he made his home. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by three brothers;Michael;Martin and John O’Toole;and two sisters;Ellen Glaspey and Kathleen Bednarczyk. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a prayer service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;with the Rev.John R.Cindric;pastor;as celebrant. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus 3026 will conduct services Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributons to the Arthritis Foundation. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
