Mr.Shephard worked at the seale shop of the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of United Brethren Church in Monessen. Mr.Shephard was born in Monessen on May 24;1914. Surviving are his widow;Olga (Tulley) Shephard;a brother;Joseph of Belle Vernon;one sister;Mrs.J.E.(Mary) Dessent of Okmulgee;Okla. Friends will be received at the Robert A.Billick Funeral Home;Monessen;after 7 p.m.July 8.
