Robert Elliot Waggoner Sr.;63;of Charleroi;died Thursday;April 22;1999;in St.Francis Medical Center;Pittsburgh. Friends will be received Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the First Christian Church;Walnut Ridge Road;Charleroi;with the Rev.Jim Linn officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Charleroi Volunteer Fire Department will hold services on Sunday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Mr.Waggoner’s memory to the Charleroi Volunteer Fire Department. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
