Rinaldo (Reno) Sichi;90;formerly of North Belle Vernon;died Saturday;June 16;2001;at the home of his daughter in Commerce;Ga. A son of the late Adamo and Angelina Ceccarelli Sichi;he was born Jan.13;1911;in Italy. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon;the Charleroi Eagles and a life member of the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Department. Mt.Sichi had lived most of his adult life in Belle Vernon prior to moving to Georgia in 1995. He retired in 1976 after 20 years with the North Belle Vernon Street Department. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law;Janet and William Mullen of Commerce;Ga.;a son and daughter-in-law;Carl and Joanne Sichi of Mebane;N.C.;seven grandchildren;and six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Clara Ursits Sichi in 1990;and three brothers;Orlando in 1968;Edward in 1981;and Armand (Mundo) in 1998. Friends will be received in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be in the funeral home on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The North Belle Vernon Fire Department will meet in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7 p.m. to hold services. The rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Wednesday at 3 p.m. led by the Legion of Mary of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church.
