Obituary

Richard John Pallo, 73, of Stockdale, died Thursday, March 29, 2007, in Mon Valley Hospital Inc., surrounded by his family. He was born Feb. 27, 1934, in Washington Township, Fayette County, a son of the late Andrew G. and Anna Duda Pallo. He was a member of Roscoe American Legion Post 801, Naomi AC Club, Allenport Rod & Gun Club and Roscoe Slovak Club. Surviving are his wife, Irene Kosanko Pallo, three daughters, Martha McCloy, Barbara Donaldson and husband Dilly, and Shirley Evans and husband Jeff, brother, Leonard Pallo and wife Kathy, two step-sons, Jonathan Kruzak and wife Lucille, and Jerry Kruzak and wife Danielle, step-daughter, Ann Shaner, six grandchildren, Grant McCloy and wife Aimee, Morgan Porter and husband Jason, Garret McCloy, Mindi McCloy, Paige Evans and Alex Maund, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Horan Pallo, and a brother, Andrew Pallo. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., Fayette City, on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday, April 2, until 11 a.m., the hour of service in the funeral home with Pastor Terry Telech officiating.
