Richard H.Rowley,66,died Sunday,August 1,1948 at 12:45 a.m.at his home,112 Price street,North Belle Vernon. He was chief inspector at the Allenport plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Company;past master of Masonic Lodge 642;life member of the Syris Temple,Pittsburgh,a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the United Brethren Church,McKeesport. He is survived by his wife,Mrs.Mary S.Rowley;three sons,Richard,of San Antonio,Tex.,Hayes,of Los Angeles,Calif.,and William,of Belle Vernon;one daughter,Mrs.Eleanor G.Harris,of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren;two great-grandchildren;two sisters,Mrs.Agnes Riggle,of Wheeling,W.Va.,and Mrs.George L.Miller,of Duquesne. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon until Wednesday,August 4,at 2 p.m.,when funeral services will be held in charge of Rev.Robert Laing of the Charleroi Methodist Church.
