Richard H.Rowley,Jr.,57,of 305 Wellesley Drive,O'Fallon,Illinois,formerly of Belle Vernon died suddenly in a Washington,D.C. hospital,on July 28,1959,while on a business trip for the United States Government. Mr.Rowley,at the time of his death,was president of the Management Club of the U.S.Army Transportation Supply Material Command and Chief of the rail division of the U.S.Army,St.Louis,Missouri. He was a member of the Southwest Baptist Church of St.Louis,past master,F.and A.M.,New Cumberland,West Virginia,past Monarch of Tibris Grotto,Steubenville,Ohio,and was past Noble Grand of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Weirton,West Virginia. He is survived byt his wife,Helen Miller Rowley,his mother,Mrs.Richard Rowley,Sr.,of San Antonio,Texas,two brothers,Hayes,of Los Angeles,California,and William H..of Belle Vernon,and one sister,Mrs.Eleanor Rowley Randolph of San Antonia. His father,Richard Rowley,Sr.,preceded him in death. Friends will be erceived at the Toner Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there July 27,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Dr.S.Arthur Talman,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
