Born Sept. 18; 1967; in Bristol; a daughter of James Chalfant; of Monessen; and Darla DeSellems; of Charleroi. She was Catholic by faith. Besides her parents; she is survived by her life partner; Raymond Hewitt; of Charleroi; a son; Craig Poe; of Charleroi; two daughters; Crystal Chalfant and Sabrina Santoro; both of Charleroi; one sister; Denise Bailey; of Monongahela; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday; March 20; from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the LEONARD M . PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC.; 235 Fallowfield Ave.; Charleroi. A funeral blessing will be held on Monday; March 21; at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Gerald S. Mikinos officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
