Raymond P.Vasquez;87;of 817 Lookout Ave.;Charleroi;died on Thursday;Jan.12;1989;in Jefferson Center Hospital. He was born in Saragossa;Mexico;on Sept.16;1901;a son of the late Gitran and Italia Vasquez. Mr.Vasquez was a retired coal miner and member of the United Mine Workers of America. He was a U.S.Army veteran and member of SS.Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church of Charleroi. Mr.Vasquez is survived by two sons;Adolph and Raymond;one daughter;Irene;and several grandchildren. Friends will be received on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.at the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. A Blessing service will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 10 a.m.with Rev.Pierre Sodini officiating. Interment will be at Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J. Spallino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
