Born March 1;1969;he was a son of Mr.and Mrs.Fred Koslasky. Surviving;in addition to his parents;are two brothers;Fred and Craig;both at home;his paternal grandmother;Mrs.Mildred Koslasky of Fairhope;his maternal grandparents;Mr.and Mrs.William Hefner of Cleveland;Ohio;his paternal great-grandmother;Mrs.Mary Koslasky of Belle Vernon.
