Dr.Raymond J.Waite;67;of 738 Speer St.;Belle Vernon;died in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital;Friday;Jan.15;1965 at 7:45 p.m. Dr.Waite;a Belle Vernon chiropractor for many years;suffered a heart attack earlier in the week and had been hospitalized since Tuesday. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon and was a life member of the North Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Dept.and the Belle Vernon Lions Club. He also belonged to the Pennsylvania Association of Drugless Physicians and the Westmoreland County Chiropractic Association. He was a former member of the North Belle Vernon Board of Education. Surviving are his widow;Hazel Abrahms Waite;two daughters;Mrs.Fred (Gladys) Neubert of Peoria;Ill;and Mrs.Ernest (Dorothy) Carter of Walker Valley;N.Y.;two sons;Dr.Raymond W.Waite of Belle Vernon;Claude Waite of Pittsburgh;two sisters;Mrs.William (Jane) Igoe of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Daisy Gooding of Canton;ohio;one brother;John of Youngstown;Ohio;and 12 grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;during hours of 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Monday;Jan.18;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Dr.S.Arthur Talman;pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. Interment Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner of Belle Vernon is the funeral director.
