Raymond Frank Sanino; 69; of Monessen; died Monday; Jan. 28; 2008; in UPMC Mercy Hospital; Pittsburgh. Born Feb. 10; 1938; in Monessen; he was a son of Theresa Mazzei Sanino; who survives and resides in Belle Vernon; and the late Flavio Pudgy Sanino. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon. Mr. Sanino was a retired manager from Prudential and; in 2000; retired as the manager of AAA in Fort Myers; Fla. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus Council 3026; the Naomi Club and a social member of the Belle Vernon American Legion. In addition to his mother; he is survived by his wife; Norma Alberini Sanino; to whom he was married 49 years; two sons and daughters-in-law; Raymond and Anita Sanino; of Fort Worth; Texas; and Michael and Sally Sanino; of Frederick; Md.; one daughter and son-in-law; Lynda and Scott Haitz; of Reston; Va.; one brother and sister-in-law; John and Pat Sanino; of Dyer; Ind.; one sister and brother-in-law; Barbara and Michael Presa; of Prince Frederick; Md.; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant son; Mark Sanino. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon (724-929-6183). A Prayer Service will be held Thursday; Jan. 31; at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home; followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian R.C. Church. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Raymond Sanino on Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Raymond F. Sanino to the American Heart Association; St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Catholic Relief Services.
