He is survived by his mother;Mrs.Mildred Savage Koslasky;one brother;Fred Koslasky;Charleroi;and his paternal grandmother;Mrs.Mary Koslasky;Belle Vernon. His father;Stanley Koslasky;died Aug.8;1959. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 o’clock on Sunday. Requiem High Mass will be sung in the St.Sebastian R.C.Church of Belle Vernon;Wednesday;Dec.26;at 10 a.m.;by the Rev.Andrew King. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.
