Mr.Deutsch was born July 10;1914;in Belleville;Ill.;a son of the late Mr.and Mrs.John Deutsch. A former North Charleroi resident;he had lived in Monongahela the past 12 years. Mr.Deutsch retired in 1980 from Fisher Body Plant. He was a veteran of World War II;having served in the U.S.Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife;Ann Morgart Deutsch;May 26;1975;two brothers;Robert and Frank Deutsch;and one sister;Stella Weber. Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.Richard (Joanne) Evans of Liverpool;England;one stepson;Richard Morgart of Monessen;two stepdaughters;Joyce Vizza of Napa;Calif.;and Doris Menard of Oxnard;Calif.;one brother;Cardell Deutsch of Ofallon;Ill;one sister;Elsie Bowers of Los Angeles;Calif.;one grandson;Matthew Evans of Liverpool;England;a dear friend;Elizabeth Yercic of Monongahela;and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday;May 30;at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Thomas St.Clair;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating.
