Ralph was a member of the McKeesport congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses where he had formerly served as an Elder. He loved reading, studying, and talking about the Bible. He loved spending time with children, many viewing him as a grandfather. Ralph was employed by the former Keystone Homes and Tars Romito Men's Clothing store in Charleroi. He retired after serving 25 years with Corning Glass Works of Charleroi. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Mendicino Falbo on July 2, 2013. Ralph was very attentive to her needs and cared for her for years throughout her illness.
