She was born in Newmansville;Pa;on Oct.29;1926;a daughter of Mrs.Anna Aitken Wagner and the late Frank Wagner. Mrs.Overand was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of West Newton. Surviving;in addition to her mother;of Belle Vernon;are her husband;Wayne R.Overand;one daughter;Judith L.and one son;James R.;both at home;two sisters;Mrs.Margaret Hillman;of Gibsonton and Mrs.William (Linda) Elkin of Belair;Md.;two brothers;Frank Wagner of Watsontown and Thomas Wagner of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received in the Gerald R.Essey Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday. Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 2 p.m.;with the Rev.Arthur R.Day Jr.in charge. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
