Peter (Pete) Annonio;79;of 309 Forest St.;Monessen;died Sunday;Aug.11;1991;at 9 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Mr.Annonio ws born Sept.8;1911;in Newell;a son of the late Rocco and Louise DiBussi Annonio. He was a retired employee of the Rod Mill Department of the former Monessen Works of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. Mr.Annonio was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of The Epiphany of Our Lord Romadn Catholic Church;Monessen;and the Hutchison Club;Uniontown. Mr.Annonio had been a resident of Monessen for the past 60 years. In addition to his parents;he was also preceded in death by two brothers;Jim (Rock) Annonio and Jack Annonio. Surviving are his wife;Ann Seykoski Annonio;two daughters;Ms.Susan Boyd of Monessen and Mrs.Joseph (Marguerite) Demchak of New Eagle;nine grandchildren;nine great-grandchildren;two sisters;Mary Cole and Minerva Turner;both of Monessen;and a Godchild;Jean Annonio. Friends were received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home;441 Reed Ave.;Monesssen. A Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home;followed by a 10 a.m.Mass of Christian Burial in The Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church;Monessen. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
