Obituary
Peter Pehote of 209 Leightty Ave.,Pricedale,died Tuesday March 17,1987,at 8:45 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Twp. He was 77. Mr. Pehote was born June 24,1909 in Pricedale,a son of the late Jose and Efrozema Wozniak Pehote. He was a retired driver for Rieck Milk Co. of Charleroi and was also a retired custodian for the National Guard in Monessen. Mr. Pehote was a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon area. He was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Belle Vernon and the Russian Club of Pricedale. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Kozma Pehote,of Belle Vernon;two daughters, Mrs. Ted (Arlene) Parquetof Belle Vernon and Mrs. Linda Sivek at home; one brother of Monessen and three granddaugters, Marla,Natalie and Jennifer. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, Mary Street, Belle Vernon with the Rev. John Kluchko,pastor,officiating. A Parastas service will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery,Belle Vernon. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangments.
