Obituary
Peter Marra,82,of 326 Green St.,Belle Vernon,died suddenly in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Saturday,March 22,1969,at 10:25 a.m. Born in Italy on June 6,1886,Mr. Marra had lived in Belle Vernon over 60 years. He was a member of the Market St.Italina Club in Belle Vernon and was a retired miner of Somers Mine,Pricedale,retiring in 1945. Hie wife,Mary Rose,died March 3,1965. Surviving are two sons,Louis of Belle Vernon and Jack of Washington,D.C.;a daughter,Mrs. Jules (Angela) Delzangle of Belle Vernon,with whom he made his home;a sister,Mrs. Sara Caputo of Royal Oak,Mich. and seven grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon. Service there Tuesday,March 25,at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Martin J. O'Toole,pastor of Belle Vernon's St. Sebastian R.C.Church,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson is funeral director.
