Peter Israel Jones,66,of 1202 Schoonmaker Ave.,Monessen,died Saturday morning,July 16,1960,in Torrance State Hospital. Mr. Jones was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses. He had been employed at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. the past 37 years. He is survived by his wife,Mrs. Ella Jones and a sister,Mrs. Matilda J. Harris of New Orleans,La. Friends are being received at the Carter Funeral Home,Monessen,where funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 19,at 11 a.m. The Rev. Isaac Louden will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. DuBoise Carter,funeral director.
