Obituary
Peter Dudra,47,604 Sixth St.,North Charleroi,died suddenly Wednesday,Aug. 11,1965,at :30 a.m. of a heart attack suffered at the grocery store he and his father, John Dudra,operated at the same address. Mr. Dudra was born in Charleroi,June 29,1918 and was a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Charleroi. Surviving are his widow, Margaret Hobbs Dudra;his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John (Eva) Dudra,of North Charleroi; a brother,John,of Los Angeles,Calif.;two sisters, Mrs. Quentin (Eva) Yeager of North Charleroi and Mrs. Gasper (Olga) Garafola,Monessen. Friends are being received at the Michael A. Melinchak Funeral Home,Charleroi,from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Brief Prayer services will be held from the funeral home on Saturday,Aug. 14,at 9:30 a.m.,with Divine Liturgy to follow in Holy Trinity Orthodox Church,Charleroi,at 10 a.m. The Rev. Vladimir Soroka,church pastor,will officiate. Requiem services will be held Aug. 13,at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetey. Michael A. Melinchak,funeral director.
