Obituary
Pearl Clark,72,of Belle Vernon,died Tuesday, Sept. 10,1991,at 12:10 p.m. in McKeesport Hospital, following a lengthy illness. She was born in New Matamoras,Ohio,on July 15,1919,a daughter of the late Mr.and Mrs. Frank Pugh. Mrs. Clark was a member of Covenant Christian Church of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by a son, David E. Clark on July 25,1990. She is survived by her husband,J.R.Clark;three sons,Richard Clark of McKeesport and Thomas Clark and John Clark Jr.,both of Belle Vernon; two daughters, Mrs. Bernita Brown and Shelda Clark,both of Belle Vernon;16 grandchildren;one brother, Creed Pugh of Martins Ferry, Ohio and one sister, Mary Williams of Marietta,Ohio. Friends will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until 11 a.m.,when services will be held with the Rev. Frank DePolo,pastor of Covenatnt Christian Church of Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home is handling funeral arrangements.
