Paul Fertall;87;of 440 Green St.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday; Dec.23;1965;at 4:35 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mr. Fertall retired in 1955 as a blacksmith from the Monessen
plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He and his wife; Susie Sabol Fertall;would have been married 55 years next month. Born in Austria – Hungary; Oct. 21;1878;he had been in Belle Vernon since 1937;coming
to Belle Vernon from Monessen.
Besides his widow;Mr. Fertall
is survived by two sons; John G. of Monessen and Michael
of Library;one daughter; Mrs. Edwin (Agnes) Brehmer
of Liscomb;Iowa;a brother; Francis in Czechoslovakia; one sister; Mrs. George Mornack of Monessen;seven grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at
the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.Dec.25. Service there Monday;Dec.27;1965;at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian’s R.C.Church;Belle Vernon.
