Obituary
Patsy Cicco,87,of 407 Main St.,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday,Dec. 7,1993,at 9:15 p.m. in Canonsburg General Hospital,Canonsburg. Mr. Cicco was born June 11,1996,in Newell,a son of the late Thomas and Michelina Berardelli Cicco. He was a retired employee of the Fayette County Courthouse,where he was employed as a post office clerk from 1957 to 1973. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area,he was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Surviving are a brother,John P. Cicco Sr. (and sister-in-law Rose ). Also surviving are two nephews,John P. Cicco Jr. and Thomas Quintier,both of Belle Vernon;two nieces,Mrs. George (Rose) Cander of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Delbert (Joanne) Schuster of Monongahela and by several great-nieces and great-nephews.A sister,Mary Quintier,two brothers, John and Joseph Cicco,and a niece,Patricia Huffman,are deceased. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. A Prayer Service will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home,followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetey. The family suggests contributions in Mr. Cicco's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
