A daughter of the late Herman and Erma Smallwood Devers;she was born March 17;1925;in Vestaburg. She was member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law;Joseph and Frances Vaccaro of Belle Vernon;two daughters and sons-in-law;Gina and Eric Allison of Belle Vernon;Roxanne and Gary Jesionowski of Elizabeth Township;a brother;William Devers of Lewistown;Ky.;two sisters;Debby Devers of Bucyrus;Ohio;Donna Mankin of Newell;and five grandchildren;Ryon Allison and his wife;Eiren;Todd Vaccaro and Andrew;Matthew and Kimberly Jesionowski. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Joseph Vaccaro in 1995. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m.in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC.;a Golden Rule Member Firm;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Timothy McConville officiating.
