Military funeral services were held Monday afternoon, March 6,1961, at 1:30 at the Paul Macik Funeral Home,Donora,for Park Scott Ostrander,65,of Grandview,Donora,who died Saturday, March 4,1961 at 9:15 a.m. after an illness of one year. Mr. Ostrander was born in Belle Vernon on Oct. 22,1895. He was retired in August,1959 from the wire mill of American Steel and Wire Division, Donora. Surviving are his widow,Eleanor;two brothers, Hiram and Vernon,both of Donora and two sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Ruth) Ferguson of Toledo,Ohio and Mrs. Stanley (Irene) Miller of Knox. The Rev. Clarence Winship and the Rev. Jesse Winters officiated at funeral services. Interment was in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
