Pansy A.Rankin Harvey,93,of 99 Roberts St.,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,March 14,1990,at her home. She was born April 19,1896,in Mount Sterling,Ohio,a daughter of the late Samuel T.and Nancy Parks Rankin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband,Charles E.Harvey,in 1956. Mrs.Harvey was a member of the First Baptist Church of Monessen,where she was superintendent of the primary department and a member of the church choir for many years. She was a charter member of the Valley Art Club. Survivors include one daughter,Betty J.Harvey at home;two sons,Robert W.Harvey of Merritt Island,Fla.,and Delmar P.Harvey of Columbus,Ga.;five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 tp 9 p.m.in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.Miller Lydick of Washington,Pa.,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
